Once you have done that and still need further help, please get in touch via this link, we are always here to help. You will not be able to return perishable or personalised items unless they are damaged or don’t meet the description on the website.

The majority of our sellers offer free delivery in their locality on a minimum spend. There may be a small delivery charge if you live a little further away. See individual items for further details.

Yep. You will have your own business portal where you can edit info, update images and control stock levels. It’s important to us that you run your business the way you want to.

Yes. We would like to think you wouldn’t want to, but you aren’t contracted to list your products for any specific amount of time, you only have to fulfil any current orders that are placed with your business.

It doesn’t cost anything to sign up and list your products, if you don’t sell anything, you don’t pay anything. For further info on seller fees please click here.

We make payments to businesses twice a month as we know that cash flow is important to you as a business.

20 products maximum, but it can be less if you want. This way, you can put forward your best products so that we can continue to offer only the best items to our awesome customers!
